TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All Retail Salon Distributors will be listed onto the Tanning Solutions Australia website enabling each salon’s customer base to easily identify their salon and proceed with an order.
  2. Registered Retail Salon Distributors will receive commissions paid on the last day of the month, from sales generated via their salon link.
  3. A Smart Phone Application will be available within the first year of launch for customers to download, to make ordering easy and accessible.
  4. To register as one of a select number of Retail Salon Distributors in Australia (and overseas) you must hold an ABN OR EQUIVALENT.
  5. Registration acceptance is at the discretion of Tanning Solutions Australia.
  6. The cost to Register is $AUD 550.00, this is a once off payment.
  7. Approved Retail Salon Distributors will be sent 2 x 1 litre sample bottles of  solution (Australian Caramel and Versatan),  and an Aussie Sungoddess machine and gun when released – total value including freight $550.00.
  8. All Retail Salon Distributors will receive a link to Tanning Solutions Australia website for SALON e portal sales.
  9. If a Retail Salon Distributors does not have a website, they will be provided with a special link that can be keyed in for internet orders if need be. Eg. www.tanningsolutions.com.au/abcdef/123.ghi. By doing this, the commission that they are entitled to can be automatically tracked in the back office affiliate program and commission calculated.
  10. Salon Distributors will be notified in writing of all pricing policies separately, Tanning Solutions Australia will strictly enforce a uniform price to ensure all Distributors have the same advantages.
  11. Tanning Solutions Australia will manage all internet & smart phone application orders via the corporate website, where each order will be processed, packaged and sent out. Once Payment confirmation is made, a  minimum 20% commission will be directed to the appropriate Retail Salon Distributors Commission Log.
  12. Retail Salon Distributors, upon signing and payment, are immediately entitled to a 30% discount on all salon solutions and up to 45% on retail products (excluding expo specials)
  13. All retail products can be sold for the RRP by the Retail Salon Distributors.
  14. Retail Salon Distributors will be notified of any specials 2 weeks in advance.
  15. Retail Salon Distributors will be notified of new products 30 days prior to release.
  16. Retail Salon Distributors will be entitled to market and sell to overseas customers.
  17. There will be no exclusivity given to suburbs or zones.
  18. The ASK is scheduled for release early 2012.
